2024 Inspiring Workplaces Finalists Announced in The Middle East & Africa

Finalists announced for the first dedicated Inspiring Workplaces Awards 2024 for the Middle East and Africa 2024

Winners and their rankings will be announced at an online ceremony on June 12, 2024

Dubai – March 21, 2024 – The Inspiring Workplaces Group is delighted to announce today the 2024 Inspiring Workplaces Finalists in the Middle East and Africa. This announcement brings these exceptional organisations one step closer to becoming the first dedicated Inspiring Workplaces 2024 in the Middle East and Africa.

This year, Inspiring Workplaces, has become truly global by separating EMEA into three dedicated regions: Europe, Middle East & Africa, and UK & Ireland, as well as adding new regions: Asia and Latin America, alongside North America and Australasia.

We are about to celebrate our 10^th year anniversary and it’s been an amazing journey seeing how organisations are transforming their workplaces to become truly PeopleFirst. We are eagerly looking forward to honouring and commending the organisations that have distinguished themselves as Inspiring Workplaces, and for the first time being able to name these in the Middle East and Africa specifically.’

For the 2024 Inspiring Workplaces Awards, each organisation was asked to complete the entry form consisting of six key elements. Elements we believe are fundamental to creating a PeopleFirst culture and by extension an Inspiring Workplace. They are:

Employee Voice
Employee Experience

Organisations of all sizes and industries entered a category defined by how many people are within the business. The finalists were decided by an independent expert judging panel.
