Back in 2016, People Lab launched their first “Spotlight on the Employee Engagement Profession” research. Over the past 12 months we’ve continued to see companies focusing on employee engagement. However, research from the likes of the CIPD, AON and Quantum show that this focus is still not translating into any real improvements in engagement levels.
