Customer Experience – What does it really mean? Where do you start? And how do you get every employee onboard?

We’ve all heard the phrase ‘Customer Experience,’ yes? But what does it really mean? Where do you start? And how do you get every employee onboard?

Wonder no more, as our partners Masgroves host an event to share the inside stories of MoneypennyInnocent Drinks and Hall Brown Solicitors who deliver brilliant experiences every day. And they’re ready to share with you how they do it.

WHAT’S THE (TOUCH)POINT?

HOW TO MAKE EVERY CUSTOMER INTERACTION COUNT

For your customer, their experience starts the moment they first contact you – by phone, online or by walking into your office or shop. How do you delight them from that very first touchpoint and every touchpoint, every time, after that? Do this and you shut out the competition, forever.

Join for:

– Real examples from companies renowned for delivering a brilliant customer experience

– Practical tips you can take away and use in your organisation

– Inspiring anecdotes, funny moments and one story that shows great customer experience stops for no man – not even Prince Charles!

– A different type of networking event, one with stories, chatter and much (much) more!

Sponsors

Moneypenny is the world’s largest outsourced communications business handling 15 million calls and live chats for 13,000 customers every year. They are also a great place to work, regularly appearing on the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For list… which inspired the name of these events.

Moneypenny’s Wrexham office has been described by some as “the best office in the land.” So many reasons why but one is The Treehouse meeting room that overlooks the atrium. Not everyone can make it to Moneypenny, so we’re bringing Moneypenny to you!
