The Sussex People & Communications Network is a quarterly networking event which has been set up to connect those of us who work in, or who have an interest in employee engagement, HR and internal communications.

It is an informal get-together of people who want to share ideas, get support on challenges they may be facing, or who just want to meet others working in a similar field.

The theme of our next meeting is: ‘The role of effective performance management process in engagement’.

Nebel Crowhurst, Head of People Experience at River Island and Hanna Smith, Chief People Office at Futrli will take the lead in an informal discussion and debate on the role of the performance management process in driving engagement.
