Founded in 2000, Moneypenny is the largest answering service in the UK, and feature regularly on the Best Companies to Work For list. Hear from co-founder Rachel Clacher as she shares anecdotes, success stories and the many ways Moneypenny actively listen and involve their people.
We’ll also hear how new technologies are dramatically changing the way we communicate, along with understanding the science of true listening and how we translate this into work. There will also be a case study on how to capture and use employee voice during times of change. As always, there will be the opportunity for networking, drinks and a few nibbles to close, plus the option to tour the Moneypenny office – including the village pub and treehouse!
