Join us and PeopleLab NOW in this online webinar to be the first to hear the results of the latest research (for the fourth year running) and why we are continuing to observe the employee engagement ‘gap.’
Back in 2016, People Lab launched their first “Spotlight on the Employee Engagement Profession” research. Over the past 3 years we’ve continued to see companies focusing on employee engagement. However, research from the likes of the CIPD, AON and Quantum show that this focus is still not translating into any real improvements in engagement levels.
Why is this?
In this webinar presented by Emma Bridger you’ll be the first to hear the results from the latest research and understand why we are continuing to observe this gap.
We also wanted to share best practice from the sector and find out what companies are doing to improve engagement. We wanted to explore the current trends across the sector – what are the experts doing, what’s working and what’s not and what are the key priorities when it comes to improving engagement?
