Join us to hear incredible first-hand stories about how these organisations built themselves from the ground up… people-first. Learn from mistakes they made, the lessons they’ve learnt along the way and how they are attributing their commercial successes to their people-first strategy.

Becoming a great place to work starts with strong roots. Join us for this exciting event as we hear from 3 companies at different stages of their ‘great workplace’ journey.

Hall Brown is an award winning boutique family law firm who like to do things differently. With 30+ staff, and a lengthy list of awards under their belts, hear about how they have built this law firm focussed on their people and some of the challenges they’ve faced as small employer.

Born in 2000, most people in the UK have spoken to Moneypenny. Few realise it. With over 500 employees Moneypenny is the country’s leading telephone answering service. Their Wrexham office has been dubbed “the coolest” in the UK boasting as it does a pub and a treehouse as part of their people strategy: “What we believe is simple: the happier our staff, the happier our clients.”

Thirdly, hear from the awesome Glenn Grayson from Missguided – the huge fashion brand founded in Manchester ten years ago.. we’ll hear their story of how they approach  internal communications and engagement and the challenges that being a large and rapid growing organisation brings.

Tony Cosgrove and Stuart Rhys Thomas from our Partners, Masgroves will compère the event – so expect something different! They’ll also dip into their library of case studies and share practical tips and advice to help with your great workplace journey.
